• GI side effects common
• Rash
• Phlebitis
• Increased INR
• Myopathy including rhabdomyolysis
• Eosinophilic pneumonitis

Statins and fibrates - Increased myopathy. Monitor creatine kinase while on daptomycin therapy.

Higher doses used for endovascular infection.
