Community-acquired pneumonia, otitis media, uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections

Potential link to seizure risk

  • Allergy (cefprozil and amoxicillin have the same side chain, hence cross -allergenicity may occur)
  • Positive Coombs
  • Cytopenias
  • GI upset, diarrhea
  • Abnormal liver enzymes
  • Potential link to seizure risk
