  • Distribution: 
    • Vd: ~0.5 L/kg
    • Up to 28% of cumulative IV dose may be deposited in bone
  • Protein Binding: 14% to 17%
  • Metabolism: Biotransformation does not occur
  • Half-Life Elimination: 
    • Initial: ~3 to 4 hours
    • Terminal: ~88 hours (due to bone deposition)
  • Excretion: Urine (≤28% as unchanged drug)
