Only screen and treat asymptomatic bacteriuria for:
Do not treat a positive UA or urine culture in asymptomatic patients (e.g. no dysuria, flank pain, fever, chills)
Acute Cystitis
Uncomplicated Pyelonephritis
Acute Prostatitis
Epididymo-orchitis
