Infections where organism is sensitive to gentamicin but resistant to tobramycin
Synergy with beta-lactams for gram positive infections (eg, infective endocarditis)
Haematology/Oncology and HPCT patients with fever who meet criteria as per FN guideline

Tobramycin is the preferred aminoglycoside at SickKids
