Restricted Indications
Infection caused by organisms resistant to gentamicin and tobramycin
Haematology/Oncology & HPCT patients with fever who deteriorate or have identified risk factors (see Management of Haematology/Oncology & HPCT patients with fever)
Cystic Fibrosis patients (acute pulmonary exacerbations, suppression of chronic infection with non-tuberculous mycobacterium aka NTM)
Other: Infectious Diseases approval required
