Currently, remdesivir is the only FDA-approved treatment for COVID-19, the data for which is conflicting.
All other recommendations below are based on in vitro data, non-robust trials, and expert opinion.
As there is no robust data to date, medications listed below should only be considered for patients with confirmed infection, or those at high risk for poor outcomes awaiting confirmation.
Clinical judgement should always be used to weigh the cost/benefit for individual cases.
